Financial policy	As a service for our patients we offer electronic billing to insurance companies all over Canada. All required information is requested from the patient to ease in the making of all claims. Due to the newly enacted Canadian Privacy Act many insurance companies do not allow us to act as a billing agent for our patients therefore payment of services is required on the day of service. We are happy to help in filling out all paperwork for insurance reimbursement.
Scheduling Policy	We recognize all appointments are important. We provide a courtesy reminder call of prescheduled appointments and ask 48 hours or two business days notice to reschedule and appointment.
Emergency Treatment Policy	If you are a regular patient of our clinic and have a dental emergency one of our Dentists will see you during regular office hours. If it is after regular hours your Dentist can be reach at home to accommodate your needs.
